ACREDITATION

Exhibitors

The number of exhibitors’ badges will be in proportion to rented spaced. Additional exhibitor badges will cost CUC 40.00.

Professional Visitors

Businessmen, traders, entrepreneurs, buyers and other professionals interested in visiting the Fair should register as professional visitors at a cost of CUC 100.00 and the they will have the right to visit the Fair every day, to make business contacts, receive the official catalogue, and participate in official activities.

Admission Cards

Admission Cards for the Fair may be bought at the representative offices and/or PABEXPO as of October 10th. They will also be sold at the Services Desk of the Fairgrounds during the setting up period.

Official Catalogue

An official catalogue including information on exhibitors, in alphabetical order per country and product classification will be published during the Fair. The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for omissions and/or mistakes contained in this form. A maximum of 10 lines will be included free of charge, additional lines will be charged at CUC 5.00 each.

Deadline for delivery of information for the catalogue will be October 15th. Exhibitors wishing to include advertisements in the Catalogue shall deliver print-ready or final art originals by that date. Design and/or production of advertisement will be charge additionally.
